While canopy advertising tents are easy to set up and transport, proper installation and routine maintenance remain crucial. Standardized operating procedures not only enhance safety but also effectively extend the tent's service life. Shandong Aoxin Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. has compiled this setup and maintenance guide based on the specific characteristics of its products for customer reference.
Before setup, verify that all components are present, including the frame, canopy, sidewalls, guy ropes, ground stakes, and sandbags. Ensure there are no missing parts or obvious damage before proceeding with installation. Choose relatively level ground for setup, avoiding uneven, soft, or waterlogged areas. When unfolding the frame, extend it sequentially according to the product structure, ensuring all connection points are properly engaged and avoiding forceful pulling that could cause deformation.
When installing the canopy, confirm the correct orientation of the roof cover before securing it in place. Sidewalls can be configured as full enclosures, partial enclosures, or removed entirely depending on requirements. In windy conditions, secure the trade show tent immediately after setup using ground stakes, guy ropes, or sandbags to prevent it from shifting. For tents set up for extended periods, regularly check the security of the anchoring system and add extra ballast if necessary.
During daily use, avoid prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions. In the event of strong winds, heavy rain, snow, or ice, reinforce the tent or take it down promptly to minimize the risk of damage to the frame and canopy. Before packing the tent away, clean off any dust or standing water and allow it to air-dry completely to prevent odors or mold growth caused by moisture.
Clean the canopy using water or a mild detergent; avoid strong acids, strong alkalis, or corrosive solvents, as these can damage the coating and printed graphics. Regularly inspect the frame for looseness, rust, or deformation, and promptly replace any damaged parts to maintain overall stability.
Store the trade show tent in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. When not in use for extended periods, the tent should be packed into its storage bag and protected from heavy loads that could crush it. Proper setup and routine maintenance ensure the advertising tent remains in good condition, providing customers with a more reliable user experience.
